AAV Downstream Process Development Intern - Cambridge, MA
We are looking for undergraduate senior and Master's level students majoring in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline for a 10-week internship role in Cambridge, MA from June 1st to August 7th.
Position Duties:
Independently execute chromatography and filtration unit operations.
Work with matrix teams to support experimental workflows.
Curate and analyze results from executed experiments, present findings to immediate team and broader group.
Position Requirements:
Undergraduate senior and Master's level students majoring in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline. Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
Wet lab skills such as pipetting, sample handling and preparation (of biological samples) are required.
Comfortability working in matrix team environments, presenting findings to mentors and group members in meetings is required.
Experience with data analysis (using Excel, R etc.) and data visualization (Excel, Prism etc.) is preferred.
Understanding of relevant/applicable trends in AI for data analysis and understanding of first principles modeling is preferred.
Ability to report onsite to Cambridge, MA 5 days per week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
This role will not be providing CPT support.
Compensation range: $39 - $41.50 hourly
